As far as possible, packages are prepared and dispatched by Pom de Pin within 2 to 3 working days following registration of the order, i.e. receipt of payment. Payment by credit card is immediate. A bank transfer, on the other hand, may take 2 or 3 days. You should also bear in mind the delivery time taken by the carrier:

In France, parcels are delivered by GLS or Colissimo from La Poste. Deliveries can take up to 48/72 hours in mainland France.

In Belgium and Luxembourg, parcels are delivered by BPost. BPost delivers in 24/48 hours.

In Europe and the rest of the world, parcels are delivered by Colissimo international. Delivery times vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on the destination country.

1. In December, as the festive season approaches, the above deadlines can more than double. If you're fundraising, it's a good idea to send several orders throughout your campaign rather than just one at the end. This way, you can secure your orders as you go along.

2. At the end of the year, certain models are very popular. Models that are out of stock are reproduced, but this can take several weeks.
